You can never have too much hummus, right? Here is my recipe:

2 cans chickpeas (boiled for 20 mins)
4 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
6 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
12 tbsp olive oil (trust me!)
optional: salt and pepper, fresh herbs, other stuff that the shops put in like peppers, coriander, etc

When the chickpeas are done just mash it all up. No blender needed. Garlic press will make it a lot easier (about £2 in IKEA).
